Germaine Kendra
13th generation Toreador neonate harpy
Appearance: A tall and muscular man in his 30s with bulging brown
eyes and closely-cut dark hair and mustache, wearing a tailored
gray suit with a bright yellow tie. A gold ring glitters on each
hand and his polished shoes all but shine in the dark.

The wealthy son of a wealthy automotive executive, Germaine went
to the finest European schools his family could afford. His
achievements at rugby, swimming and skiing far outstripped his
scholastic skills, but his true passions were women, classical
art and gambling. His good looks and background won him the
attentions of a Toreador socialite. She made him her protégé,
but grew weary of him and moved on once he had surpassed her
at her own role as a harpy.

These nights, Germaine enjoys the fortune his parents left him
when their yacht mysteriously sunk into Lake Erie and is a
patron of Detroit’s classical artists and galleries. He is
proud of his own collections, including many pieces on display
in museums and cultural centers that he carefully acquired at
great expense over the years. He is a constant inhabitant of
Elysium gatherings and staunch supporter of Prince Archimedes.
He anxiously awaits the night when he will be given permission
to sire, so that he may build on his own artistic dynasty.

Something is amiss in the city. The Primogen sneer and verbally
snipe at one another over trivial matters, coming dangerously
close to violating Elysium. As is usual every few years or so,
there are rumors of Sabbat spies in the city. The Prince has
largely withdrawn from public view, which is disturbing both in
and of itself and because he has made no mention of the collection
of rare statues you loaned him to display in an upcoming Conclave.

The stupid, poor mortals are bickering about civil liberties again,
which would simply be an annoyance (it’s bad for tourism and business)
but there are reports that two galleries that display your works are
threatened. Additionally, a few of the artists you patronize have
been affected, either by being arrested or just disappearing. Since
the Prince isn’t listening to your petitions for assistance, it may
be time for drastic action. You will have to organize some sort of
recovery operation yourself, to get your property back before the
mindless rioters steal or burn everything. With your extensive
monetary resources and influence in court, you should be able to
convince some neonates to assist you.
