My impression of Zephon is that he has always seemed reasonable for a Brujah. He shows up at many courts and often is representing the clan in a subtle way (meaning no other Brujah dare show up).
He is the proprietor of Motown Records and for that reason may get along a little better with the High clans. The Ventrue respect the fact that he owns a business. The toreador respect his support of the Motown scene.
