These shackles were the first thing that Song forged for Vesper from her own corpus and his soul. They have but three simple powers. First, the user may at any time spend 4 motes and a willpower to shatter any sort of Sorcerous, Necromantic bindings, or Servitude effect. For an additional 6 motes and 2 willpower, the same can be done to anyone so bound. Lastly, without cost, the single link of chain will rattle so that only the wearer will notice when in the presence of someone under such an effect and even be attracted towards them.
