The Hundred Kingdoms
- River Basin - Northern Hundred Kingdoms
- Wyld Reaches - Central Hundred Kingdoms
- Far Frontier - Southeastern Hundred Kingdoms
- Old Empires - South & Southwestern Hundred Kingdoms
- Free Cities - Western Hundred Kingdoms
- Borderlands - Northeastern Hundred Kingdoms
Note, compared to the map of the Hundred Kingdoms in Scavenger Sons (and presumably in the Directional Book from 2E), I've placed the Hundred Kingdoms on the wrong side of the map. They mostly stretch out south of the Yellow River, rather than north of it. The Maruto is the tiny river that forks at Nathir and heads to Farhold, and Nechara is the kingdom that nestles into the peninsula. This puts the Hundred Kingdoms, for instance, right in the midst of the Paths of the Arczeckhi Hordes. Which is one reason the Southeastern border is the "Far Frontier" rather than the "Old Empires".
If I get the time and inspiration, I might try making a map of the area. In the meantime, though, just don't sweat the map too much. I have my own ideas on stuff!

Dialects of the Hundred Kingdoms
The Hundred Kingdoms has three major dialects, and an assortment of minor ones. The major dialects include: Larisian which is spoken in the River Basin and the Far Frontier, Wyldreach, the tongue of the Wyld Reaches, and Velenian, spoken in the Old Empires and the Free Cities. The Borderlands tends to qualify as it's own minor dialect, though many people there speak Low Realm (Grayfalls).
