Reiland's Dexterity charms

First Dexterity Excellency- Overwhelming (Lunars, page 140) ^
You can use this charm to add extra dice to any Dexterity-based roll, regardless of the skill being used. Every mote used to activate this charm adds one die, up to a limit of your Dexterity in extra dice. This Charm can also enhance unrolled uses of the relevant attribute, such as Defense Values; simply roll the purchased dice and increase the static value by 2 for every success. Thus each success gains a +1 to your DV.
Cost: 1m per die; Type: Reflexive; Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK

Reiland's Perception charms

Second Perception Excellency- Triumphant (Lunars, page 140-41) ^
You can use this charm to add bonus successes to any Perception-based roll, regardless of the skill being used. Every 2 motes being used to activate this charm adds one success, with every success purchased with this charm being equal to two dice purchased with the First Excellency. You cannot spend more than your Perception in motes to activate this charm. This Charm can also enhance unrolled uses of the relevant attribute, such as Defense Values; each success purchased increases the static value by 2. Thus each success gains a +1 to your DV.
Cost: 2m per success; Type: Reflexive (1/2); Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK

Dog-Ear Method (Lunars, page 163) ^
The character may use this charm to communicate with animals, who become valid targets for all social actions for the duration. The Lunar can communicate even complex ideas, and can also understand the animals attempts to communicate in addition. You may also use this charm to communicate normally in animal forms, able to speak any human language that you know. You may activate this charm without the willpower point; this variation only allows you to communicate with animals whose shape you currently wear.
Cost: 1m, 1wp; Type: Simple; Duration: One scene -- Keywords: Combo-OK

Blood on the Wind (Lunars, page 181) ^
The character can never lose a trail once's she's caught the scent - so long as this charm is kept active. You automatically gain one more success than the person your tracking in the tracking contest, regardless of difficulties, penalties or other modifiers. This charm doesn't necessarily imply the ability to catch up to your target but you'll always be able to track them. When in competition with opposing charms, add the Lunar's (Essence) successes to the contested roll to determine which charm wins out. If the Lunar has tasted his quarries blood, then the target can't lose the Lunar even if every other aspect of this charm fails. Once the Lunar is able to track you again, he's back on your trail.
Cost: 4m, 1wp; Type: Supplemental; Duration: Indefinite -- Keywords: Combo-OK

Eagle Eye Advantage (Lunars, page 183) ^
The character may use this charm, instead of the normal Aim action. This simple charm is identical in every fashion to the Aim action, except that it is Speed 6, and it may add no more than six bonus dice. These dice accrue at the normal rate of one per tick of aiming, and the character may still abort this action at any time to attack her chosen target. If the Lunar chooses he may continue to take normal aim actions after this action without losing any dice. The bonus dice gained from performing this special aiming action do not count as dice from Charms.
Cost: 2m; Type: Simple; Duration: Until next action -- Keywords: Combo-Basic

Reiland's Intelligence charms

Counting the Elephant's Wrinkles (Lunars, page 188) ^
This charm allows the Lunar to recall anything he has learned or observed with perfect clarity. The use of this charm calls for a reflexive Intelligence + Lore roll, although another ability might be used for other subject matters, with even a single success calling back the memory in question in flawless and true detail. If used to recall something originally conveyed with Instict Memory Insertion (Lunars, page 166-67) then success if automatic.
Cost: 1m; Type: Reflexive; Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK

Reiland's Wits charms

Third Wits Excellency- Resurgent (Lunars, 141) ^
You can use this charm to reroll any Wits-based roll, regardless of the skill being used, taking the better of the two rolls. You can also use this charm to enhance unrolled uses of the relevant attribute, effectively doubling the characters Attribute for one instant or task. This adds half the Attribute to your DV.
Cost: 4m; Type: Reflexive (4/6); Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK

The Spider's Trap Door (Lunars, 190) ^
The Lunar may use this charm to supplement any action to conceal something, from hiding from animals to setting up an ambush. The concealed object or people become undetectable by any Awareness rolls made using purely mortal senses. The Lunar may leave the motes commited in order to attach an Illusion effect, causing any person who comes near to suffer an unnatural mental attack with a number of successes equal to those rolled on the concealment roll plus the Lunar's Essence. Those whose MDV are less than this value see the area as completely undisturbed and empty.
Cost: 4m; Type: Supplemental; Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK, Illusion

Wasp Sting Blur (Lunars, 154) ^
The Lunar may use this charm to reduce the Speed of his action by one for every two motes spent. This charm cannot reduce the Speed of an action below 3. If used with Relentless Lunar Fury, this Charm reduces the Speed of all attacks by one (minimum 3) for the duration.
Cost: 2m per tick; Type: Reflexive; Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK, Fury-OK

Many-Armed Monkey Style (Lunars, page 193) ^
The Lunar take a magical flurry action of two or more actions of any sort, up to a maximum of his (Wits) actions. Each action costs 3 motes, including the first, and these actions can be used for any purpose.
Cost: 3m per action; Type: Extra Action; Duration: Instant -- Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious

Reiland's Knacks

Basic Shapeshifting- Changing from any form to another other takes a single miscelleanous action (Speed 5, -1 DV). It costs 1 mote to assume a true form, and 3 motes for most other types of shapeshifting; this does not count as a charm activation. You can gain additional forms by undertaking a Sacred Hunt, an activity that takes about 6 hours, requires a (Wits + Survival) roll, and a point of Willpower.

Prey's Skin Disguise (Lunars, 131) ^
You can perform the Sacred Hunt on humans. The base time for this hunt is half a day, during which you study the persons habits nad nature, absorbing them the same way you will steal the person's body. The use of this Knack triggers a Compassion roll if your Compassion is rated 3 or above; each success adds one to the Lunar's limit break pool, no matter his dominant virtue. This only gives you the physical form, attributes and appearance -- not any supernatural abilities or mental traits.
Cost: 1 willpower to take on a false human shape.
