Every purchase of this charm, which can be bought (Resistance) times, grants the following extra health levels:

• Stamina 1-2: One -1 and one -2 health level.
• Stamina 3-4: One -1 and two -2 health levels.
• Stamina 5: One -0, one -1, and one -2 health levels.

If the Solar acquires more stamina after purchasing this charm, her health levels automatically change to reflect the new rating.

This spell forms the hopes and prayers of people into a form of Ambrosia that can be consumed. The exact form changes with each caster, but is pleasant and delicous to the palate. It lasts for a day normally. The food can serve as food and drink for a day for a group with Magnitude equal to the Essence of the caster. Any mortals who partake of this sorcerous bounty will develop a Major Principle of Loyalty to the Mandate granting the rulership of Creation to the Exalted. This includes those who count among the Anathema, which makes the spell undesirable by those of the Wyld Hunt, lest they open the door to the Anathema. As a Control Spell, the food gains usefulness beyond being eaten immediately, able to be used as a high quality ingredient and spice for other foods or a form of money for spirits. For Mata'u Ata, the form created is that of a dried jerky, with a hint of honeyed sweetness among the saltieness.
