This strange "toothpick" was stolen by Arnie when he tipped over the palace of his Keeper with trickery as he stood below and caught the pillar, and ran away with it.
This appears to be a gnarled staff, four by four, or ratty toothpick normally. When active, it reduces the user's Composure to 1, transfering the dots as desired between Dexterity and Wits. Weaponry, Expression, and Intimidation can be used interchangably. Also, the staff protects it's owner, directing its path in front of even the fastest of attacks (in other words, the user can use Defense against bullets). By striking a harmless blow against a target (and usually taunting), the user can increase their Defense against that person as they become enraged and careless with their blows. Lastly, the pillar when active is capable of changing size from that of a toothpick, to a heavy 15 foot pillar.
Mien: Appears to be a black iron staff with a golden ring at each end.
Drawback: The user becomes irreverantly humored... he must make a Resolve+Composure check to not crack jokes or laugh at horribly inappropriate times. This counts as a derangement and can be attacked as such. This lasts during and for three hours after use.
Catch: When not given the gift of Glamour or not tamed by the Wyrd, the staff becomes a beacon, glowing with a light seemingly imperceptible to the non-fae eye, but it causes others to covet it and hate the wielder, focusing their rage on that person.
Mundane Statistics: Durability: 3, Size: 0-6, Damage 2B or 4B with 9-again at size 6, Note: Two handed, +1 Defense
