Furthermore, the user has an effective Wyrd of 5 while using the cap.
This appears to normally appear as a simple ratty old nightcap.
Mien: The cap becomes the blue black of midnight, with luminous moons and bright sparkling stars upon or within the fabric.
Drawback: When one uses the cap, a victim may be summoned, but they are stuck there until a way out is found.
Catch: When used "improperly", the user must ALWAYS wear the cap while unconscious or asleep, lest the tables be turned, they weak as a babe, while their former victims become the masters!
