Performance issues:
- Masterful Performance Exercise and Phantom-Conjuring Performance are incompatible with Man+Per rolls required by several charms. This may be a consequence of the thresholds required for Man+Per charms:
- Heart-Compelling Method (corebook) affects targets with Willpower less than twice your successes, and cannot be resisted by targets with Willpower less than your successes. 5 successes are sufficient to force a Willpower roll from everything in Creation!
- Memory-Reweaving Discipline ignores one piece of contradictory evidence for each success.
- Identity-Shifting Song affects audience members with less Ess than your successes, capped at your Ess.
- Virtuous Courtier's Dance modifies audience Virtues by one point per success, and cannot affect targets with more Ess.
- Perception-Shifting Dance specifies: "one success only allows...almost unnoticeable changes, while five...completely alter the way a target perceives any given situation." It lasts for Ess days and cannot affect targets with more Ess.
- Insight-Conveying Performance (alternate use) affects targets with less Ess than your successes, capped at your Ess.
- Divine Performance Style uses Cha+Per even though it almost certainly should use Man+Per.
- Phantom-Conjuring Performance is supplemental, but scene-long, meaning it is usually more efficient to make a preliminary irrelevant Performance roll to put it up before making your actual important roll so that you can use it in combination with other charms.
- Krak points out that MPE's sux adder cap allows for 40+ success Performance rolls, which vastly oversteps the thresholds above (Heart-Compelling Method would affect any target with less than 80 Willpower!).
Proposed changes:
- Phantom-Conjuring Performance is Simple and affects all Performance rolls in a scene.
- Heart-Compelling Method cannot affect targets with more Ess than you.
- Possibly some change to Memory-Reweaving Dance.
