Tomás Adán Golekin, born and raised in San Francisco, rose up out of poverty and ended up becoming a fairly well-off individual with his own house (with a yard) in the cities Presidio. He's always been loosely affiliated with the (now-departed) Keepers Krewe but often kept to his own devices. In particular, he's renowned for keeping a watch over several Avernian Gates and dealing with any particularly disturbing haunts. Lastly, he's generally regarded as the cities foremost expert on the Zodiac Killings, which he investigated independently back in the 60s.
Screaming Sally, a naturalized immigrant who deals with the vibrant Russian Community in Richmond's "Little Russia". She's one of the Stricken, and is generally regarded as "too mean to die" (boasting enviable mastery of The Rage), but despite her bluster is fairly well-liked by the Bound living in and around San Francisco. She's almost always willing to lend a hand when one gets in trouble, and doesn't mind getting her hands dirty. Though she generally goes by 'Sally' in mixed company, her actual name is "Savely Fyodorov Constina".
James F. Tyler, who nearly died during the 1989 "World Series" Earthquake, just after sitting down to watch the game. He's been said to remark that the Earthquake itself hit just as he popped open his can! Since becoming one of the Bound, Tyler has parlayed his new talents into a fairly comfortable life, and generally tries to stay away from trouble. He's loosely associated with the Gravekeepers Krewe, helping them to keep an eye on troublesome spirits in the Bay Area, but tends to the small garden behind his house in Twin Peaks.
Ping Yeung, has lived everywhere from Hong Kong, to San Francisco's Chinatown, to a small bungalow she shared with a lover in Bernal Heights during the 60s to her current tasteful little house in Balboa Terrace. Everywhere she'd ever lived, since becoming one of the Bound, has had one thing in common. Well-regarded as a nosty neighbor, this friendly young grandmother doesn't just find out who has been doing what, she actually does something about it. Actual murder is only a last resort, but still, it's one that she's taken more times than she can count over the years.
Catarina and Elena, more popularly known as the Medrano Sisters, are a fixture of the Twilight Network in and around San Francisco and spend a good bit of their time (and money) managing their little slice of the Network that keeps the Bound "in the loop". Formerly associated with the Keepers Krewe, the Sisters did most of the grunt work to get their going-away party started, and were quite sad to see their friends leaving for the Underworld. They were also worried, albeit, not quite worried enough to consider going with them.
Nicky Allen, a poor kid from a bad part of town, who couldn't even do right by "dying". Just when his parents were about fit to make a fair amount off a lawsuit to the company whose toxic waste had poisoned their eldest child, the child in question has the gall to actually get better. Or, at least, that's how it feels a lot of the time to the 16 year old who is simply happy to still be alive. He knows he's been written off by his parents, who probably expect him to end up in some gutter dead by the time he's 20, but he literally doesn't care anymore. He has accepted the patronage of the Gravekeepers, and might actually join the Krewe.
The Gravekeepers are a Tier 1 Krewe located in Colma, the Necropolis just south of San Francisco (where many of the cities dead are interred). They consist of four primary members, who mostly tend to matters south of San Francisco, and small number of "associates" in San Francisco itself. They Krewe itself all work in the funerary industry in one fashion or another.
