The Scarlet Dynasty has ruled the world for nearly 800 years, and before them, the Dragon-Blooded Shogunate led Creation since the righteous slaughter of the Anathema. Truly the Dragon-Blooded have seen it all, and there is little that they can't mercilessly whittle down with their rapier wit and cultivated sense of supremacy. This Charm is activated in response to a Social Attack, and adds the Terrestrial's Socialize ability in automatic successes directly a Social Parry attempt - in effect adding to the Dynast's Parry MDV. The Terrestrial can further enhance this Static Value with a Socialize Excellency, regardless of which ability his Parry MDV is actually based on, though any dice or successes so added must obey all charm dice limits (unlike Jade Defense, which adds automatic successes).
