The various units of Nechara!
Commanding Officer: Captain Pallas Tin, "First Among Equals" (+2).
Armor Color: A somewhat rugged, but impressive and well-drilled looking unit. The Royal Guard are outfitted in shining, yet ultimately utilitarian Plate-and-Chain, sporting a somewhat ornate white helm with a retractable faceguard. Each carries a dangerous looking poleaxe, and has a white-and-blue tabard sporting the Necharan Royal Seal.
Banner: The Necharan Royal Seal, a Silver Hybroc holding a Polearm.
Motto: "No mercy, no surrender!"
General Makeup: 25 royal guardsmen with a single polearm, wearing exceptional plate-and-chain. Each guardsman also has a straight sword for a backup weapon, and they usually travel with Target Shield.
Overall Quality: Heavy Foot; Excellent Troops.

Formation: The Royal Guard usually fights in Relaxed Formation, but their commanders are skilled enough in battle to manage either Close or Skirmish Formations when necessary. The Necharan often field Talon's or even Wing's of Necharan Royal Guard. Their full compliment is approximately 500 such troops. This particular scale is a Poleaxe Scale, from a Talon of similarly trained units, but other Royal Guards specialize in other weapons.
Notes: This particular unit was sent to Nevin to escort to the Solar Exalted there to the Capital.
Commanding Officer: A Distinguished member of the Militia (+1).
Armor Color: A rag-tag assembly of commoners, with wildly varied weapons and little real armor. While arguably a close combat force, and each militia member has some kind of melee weapon, Necharan Militia's are renowned as archers throughout the East. Most Militia's thus take the form of a rough line of warriors with shields, behind which can be found row after row of archers.

General Makeup: Anywhere from 25-75 militia members, of which 2/3rd's of which have Long Bows and are skilled in their use. The rest simply rely on Short Swords (or other weapons) and a Tower Shield to provide some defense to the unit. Most have enough arrows for 7 volleys. Militia are not free-roving units.
Overall Quality: Light Defensive, Good Militia.
