Level Four Artifact
Orichalcum Long Powerbow
Beautifully crafted from blessed Ironwood from the slopes of the Imperial Mountain, carefully engraved Orichalcum, Demitaur Horn and the sinew of some long-dead species of Darkbrood, the Long Powerbow known as Thrice Blessed was used in the time before time by the Zenith Marthia the White. Crafted by the Mountain Folk for use in the Primordial War, this Compound Bow was known for its amazing stopping power and exceptional range. Over it's long and storied history, it has killed many Demons, Raksha, and even other Exalted -- as well as one Primordial.
Thrice Blessed's bowstring is of carefully wound moonsilver, held perpetually taut by a mind-boggling assortment of orichalcum pulleys, and is perfect and unyielding in every way. The bow itself is always at full tension, though as a consequence the bow is impossible to draw unless you're attuned to it. The attuned user, by contrast, finds that drawing the bow is as easy as drawing breath.
After Marthia's death in the Usurpation, the Dragon-Blooded that killed her turned her ancestral manse into a mausoleum, burying her at the lowest level along with all her treasures and other grave goods. When they sealed the ancient manse they imagined it would remain so sealed for all time, but not long after a Waning Moon Lunar known as Laughing Silver Devil stole into the manse on the orders of Marthia's mate Ingosh Silverclaws. Unlike many treasures of the First Age Solars, the Bow did not waste away awaiting the return of its master. Ingosh himself used the bow until his death, most notably during the invasion of the Fair Folk at the turn of the Age. Only at his death, barely six years ago, did the bow fall into the care of Michaes.

Anyone attuned to Thrice Blessed receives one free success to any Vision-based perception roll, and lowers the mote cost to activate either Keen Vision Technique or Unsurpassed Vision Discipline by 1m each. When actually using the Powerbow to hit a distant target with an arrow, ones sense of vision almost seems to reach toward your target, giving you a heightened sense of his location even without use of charms or additional artifacts. You may spend 2 motes, after releasing an arrow, to have your vision "follow" the projectile while it's in flight.
The orichalcum bonuses have already been factored into the above statistics. If not fully harmonized, reduce the weapons Accuracy to +1, it's Damage it +4L and it's Range to 880 yards. This is a two-handed Bow-type weapon, which can use different types of arrows as ammunition, altering it's damage type.
