Level One Artifact
Orichalcum Breastplate
A brilliant gold-tinted breastplate, its two frighteningly-hard plates attached by multiple leather straps, this Steel-and-Orichalcum is considerably stronger than its weight would suggest and able of taking fairly powerful blows. The front of the armor boasts elaborate Old Realm script of some sort, or perhaps some kind of heraldry, the end effect of which is to add a measure of age to this still sparkling armor.
The exact origin of the Armor of Fearsome Might is not one Jackal is privy to, though he is aware that it was not originally his but instead belonged to a loyal Dragon-Blooded Officer who often served beside him in wartime. A gift given to a honored compatriot, marked with a symbol of some personal meaning.

In addition to it's above properties, the Armor of Fearsome Might adds a +1 "style speciality" to any stunt involving intimidation or the invocation of fear. This increases the dice awarded by a given stunt by one, without increasing any of the potential essence or willpower awards.
The above statistics already include the Orichalcum bonuses. If not fully-attuned, reduce Soak to 6L/4B, and Hardness to 2L/2B. This armor can be concealed under a heavy jacket.
