Jordan, a Elemental of the Manikin Kith who served as Spring Queen for a bit before a nasty car accident, started off without a motley. Then, gradually, she began to make good friends among the Lost. Gradually, she built up a nice-sized Motley from her fellow Lost in a very organic way. This is the kind of Motley that can last forever. If, that is, it grows past its current tentative stage and survive any unforeseen complications that will certainly arise. The only thing keeping the entire group together, at the moment, is Jordan -- the others would drift apart without her influence and friendship tying them together.
