The Winter Court's motley is firmly led by Kevin Journey -- a well-respected member of the Court that has served as the Winter King on a few occasions. He doesn't get along with all that people that pledge themselves to his Motley, but he respects them and is willing to help them for so long as they might remain under his association. Those that get along well with Kevin often stay, those that don't sometimes remain if they can develop a respect for the man. But regardless of anything else, this is his motley.
