Bands: The Arkham Project
- Staten Island Five, or as they're occasionally known, 'the Dragonslayers',-- best known for the death of Tianlong back in 2008- oldest / most powerful band involved in the Arkham Project.
- Timothy Grayson, second-oldest Scion in the City, only beaten out by Kiya,-- Scion of Heru and leader of his Band.
- A bit of an "old soldier," Timothy has seen a lot of shit and is a good source of advice and guidance in tough moments.
- That said, he's suffered a lot since the death of Tianlong, and is no longer the leader that he once was... shying away from true command..
- Anjali Singh, four-armed sweetheart and interface with Scion's around the City,-- Scion of Kali.
- Probably knows more Scion's across New York than anyone, and operates as a contact for the Arkham Project,-- Devika's Girlfriend,-
- Fiercely loyal to her Band and her Community, much of her efforts going toward the support of both of those things.
- Suzanne McClure, works for the NY Board of Education and defender of the cities Youth,-- Scion of Ériu and Anjali's Bestie.
- Mother of Two, separated from her Husband, who has recently begun a.. messy, heavily contested... divorce proceeding against her.
- Almost as tightly interwoven into city government as Tomas, but different parts of the government, more Education/CPS/Women's Groups.
- Erik Donner, bitter somewhat-entitled young man... mostly with a good heart but not all that smart-- Scion of Thor
- Unironically wears MAGA hats, firm 2nd amendment believer, Right Wing to a Fault,-- has a bit of a drinking problem,- never really recovered from 2008...
- ...despite that, fiercely loyal to the City and his Band, 1000% dependable when it comes to monsters or other threats. Doesn't Like Sun Jin.
- James Kirpatrick, one-time Soul of the Band, who died in 2008 during the fight against Tianlong... even dead, his shadow falls over the Band..
- Heavily Affected by Tianlong's Curse, and Fatebound to Arabella even worse, his name is MUD in the city since Arabella's trial...
- ...Tomas' leadership paralysis, Erik's descent into MAGAhood, Suzeanne's crumbling marriage,-- all trace back to his death,- even Anjali feels his absence like a wound.
- Siblings in Shadow, tend to be the subject of more rumors than hard fact, and tend to be the 'Big Picture' band for the Arkham Project...
- Kiya, the oldest and most powerful Scion in the City, has "more or less" taken over leadership of the Band,-- Scion of Set,-
- Active back in the 20s, Kiya spent most of the century 'asleep,' only waking up a year ago and slowly inserting herself back into current events.
- A bit of a strained relationship with Clayton, since his reveal, Kiya doesn't care about anything more than protecting the City,- not even Tomas,--
- Clayton Stroph, the shadowy and somewhat less-than-totally-trusted Brains of his Band,-- Scion of Loki,- Great-Grandson of Ravana.
- the Curse that afflicts the city is the result of his ill-thought pre-teen misadventures, which was supposed to "Fix Everything," and make him a God or a Titan.
- Very close to the cities Rakshasa community, and also to his Grandmother, Chaaya, one of Ravana's three active daughters.
- Alejandro Hernandez Coyotl, The Coyote's Son, is a notorious figure in the cities nightlife... and, rumors say, it's underworld...-- Scion of Huehuetoetl
- Friendly, Spirited,-- always with a song in his heart and laughter in his lip,- he's ALWAYS the life of the party,-- but can go from "happy" to "dangerous" in a heartbeat.
- Flamboyantly Gay, "connected" in the local drug scene, and known at EVERY party,-- Alejandro knows just about everyone,-
- Isabelle Hernandez Coyotl, Alejandro's shy bookish twin sister,- about whom he is very overprotective,- Scion of Ìbejì.
- Kiya's Right-Hand Woman, Clayton's Best Friends, Her Brother's Baby Sister,-- Isa is beloved in a different way than her brother,-
- She's also one of the most dangerous Scion's in the city,-- an expert martial artist able to kill with a touch,-
- Maximillian "Moony" Milsner, a deal-maker and talismonger known throughout the Scion Community as a fixer and middleman,-- Satyr,-
- Not 'technically' a member of the Band, Moony has worked with Clayton since he was Chosen, seemingly without need for payment...

- Sun Jin, radical far-left podcaster/activist/Antifa, and daughter of the Monkey King.
- Feared and Demonized by the Far Right, Beloved and Respected by the Far Left,-- Sun Jin is polarizing,-
- Generally known as the Band's Heavy Hitter,-- and as one of the strongest Scion's in New York,-
- Kara Lynne Dean, leader of the Bird's of Minerva, and Chosen of Athena.
- the most public of the public faces in the group, known city-wide as Chosen of Athena and Leader of a Prominent Cult...
- ...generally well-beloved for her "save everyone" beliefs and the lengths to which she'll go to protect the city.
- Kuze-no-Oni, Dutifully Employed by Enma, permanently assigned to New York on Hell Business.
- Notorious-yet-Beloved as New York's Boar-Riding Oni out and about on "Hell Business"--
- --works with a small informal group of other Psychopomps and Demons on said business.
- Devika Anand, diligent student and part-time intern at Arkham, Scion of Sarutahiko.
- Devika tends to keep her head down... but can't entirely avoid the notority that comes with her birthright..
- ...even so, she DOES tend to lag a bit in recognition behind many of the rest of her Band.
- Tomas O'Flannail, independent musician and Bard, Scion of the Morrigan.
- WELL CONNECTED,-- Tomas knows just about every cop in New York, and is on good terms with most of them,-
- equally known musically as he is as a Hero,-- and a Bard to boot,- Tomas sometimes finds all these worlds colliding in interesting ways.
- Mishri Shevade, hacktivist and government contractor, Chosen of Ganesh.
- Hacked the National Guard, and was pretty much recruited by the Government after said action, if... quietly..
- A bit of an online zeitgeist, born of the modern age, with a large following of 'internet people'.
The Staten Island Five tend to operate primarily in Staten Island and Southern Brooklyn, The Shadow Siblings tend to operate in and around Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. The PC's, by contrast, tend to operate around Manhatten, The Bronx, and even up into Yonkers and Mt. Vernon. That said, the Project doesn't really have firm 'territory,' and the bands crossover quite a bit. In general, anywhere that the Curse affects, the Bands that make up the Project will involve themselves... non-curse issues that prop up, and aren't in the group's immediate backyard, tend to delegated to other Bands..
