Session 10

< Session9 | ArkhamByNightLogs | Session11 >

 • The rescued vampires are taken back to Blackmoor's manor house and questioned.⚠

 • Slowly, they reveal that they were taken by at least two of the pale monsters.⚠

 • There was often a female figure present with the monsters, too, but none of them could identify her.⚠

 • At the house, they were starved and forced to feed on live human victims.⚠

 • Care was taken to avoid letting the victims transform into pale monsters.⚠

 • Once the humans were drained and the vampires had metabolized the blood into vitae, the vampires were drained into a basin.⚠

 • Each time the basin was filled, it was taken away while the prisoners were staked.⚠

 • After telling the story, the newly-Embraced woman began to panic.⚠

 • Attempts to calm her failed miserably, and she had to be staked before she could attack or run to the authorities.⚠

 • In thanks for being saved, Drake and Blackmoor offered boons to the coterie.⚠

 • Afterwards, the coterie returned to the prison-house to search it for clues.⚠

 • In the basement, Dr. Hyde found nothing at all of interest.⚠

 • Upstairs, in the second bedroom, a strange symbolic circle was discovered carved into the floor under the bed.⚠

 • The central symbol began to affect Dr. Hyde's mind, causing him to destroy the circle.⚠

 • While Dr. Hyde went temporarily mad, Leo studied the outer portions of the circle.⚠

 • The outer circle was an attempt to call the attention of an ancient force.⚠

 • Further research on the poem was completed, revealing that the artifact contained an ancient Creature from a Nameless City.⚠

 • The Creature requires large amounts of vitae to be awakened.⚠
