The Solar moves like an unseen spirit, all but vanished from the world. This charm permanently enhances Invisible Statue Spirit, allowing the character to move while under the effects of the charm. He must spend 1m for every tick he wishes to take a Move action, and the charm still fails if the character takes a Move action without paying for it, a Dash action, or upon entering combat.
At Essence 4, you only have to activate this charm once per action or per minute of dramatic time.
