Main Characters

Jonathan Thomas Wright (JT), a man with simple aspirations and from a family of wealth and well-doing, thrust into the chaotic underworld of pain and intrigue, followed by more pain (as is the unlife of a Nosferatu).

If Irving ever made a mistake, JT would be that error.

JT in his mortal life was a better-than-average looking man who was well groomed, born into money, and quite successful at his family business. The family business was managing the money that happened to be in very secure investments (including controlling ownership of Detroit Bell). JT 'inherited' the job as CEO of Detroit Bell after his father passed and JT never really knew his mother (after the liquor, suicidal tendencies, and a few drugs to put herself to sleep) occurred shortly after JT's birth. JT has mortal relatives (now long forgotten) that he never really knew but were presumed to be well-off and in the Florida area. JT was immediately asked after embracing to remove himself from mortal ties and JT followed his sire's wishes.

JT was embraced after a tragic automobile accident on a hospital bed while with a broken back. Mr Green who now called himself Irving deSeversky was more than willing to help JT with his dilemna but what he didn't tell JT was that the cure Irving had came with a lot of questionable side effects. JT, in his middle-aged 'youth', didn't know what he'd become but at the time but it also appeared he had no choice.

JT's first night was the last time he could look in a mirror and remember what he looked like -- then he saw his face ripple and hair fall out...and the monster he had seen in his dreams became alive.

Appearance: JT is a smaller man with a very monstrous appearance. JT's head is a bit squished together making his eyes appear slightly bug-like. His mouth has several sharp teeth jutting out in several directions. His only hair on his cone-like head is a small tuft on the top. He has a rather large 'soft-patch' of flesh where he broke his back just before embrace and hunches over accordingly. But if that doesn't scare you, well, you haven't even begun to imagine what has to support such a monstrous visage with bone, fat, and muscle.

JT, used to smell a lot like old flesh and fish or on his better nights, like sewage. In the current nights, JT smells more like earth, the kind of earth with the fresh smell of deceased worms caked over a busy highway.

And if you haven't guessed, JT appears a bit unique to most people (as is allowed by the Mask) and his average appearance blends well into a crowd considering you would rather not even look in his direction nor smell his deodorant. To explain JT, think of the ultimate question, "How many licks does it take to get to the center?" Well, the world may never know (not to mention, why in the hell would you ever try to lick a Nosferatu?)

JT has talent and potential but his burdened by his own series of pains and continues to be plagued by all that is human as a sort of cruel joke of what he has become. What was only once his exterior visage of disgust and monstrosity has slowly found a crack here and there that continues to invade his inner being. JT contributes this downward spiral to an increasingly more powerful being that he is becoming. At the same time, JT only finds comfort in the fact that he can see others in just as much pain as he is in and therefore, he is not alone.

JT began his nights as an innocent in the great city of Detroit, how far he and his beloved city have changed. JT in his earlier years as Kindred tried to learn and mimic his sire and mentor, Irving deSeversky -- perhaps too well some might say. JT now follows the path to cure Detroit of its pains and to change the path the city and Kindred have taken since the beginning of its history.
