The Lunar who uses this charm forges a deep connection with his body, knowing exactly how far he can push it and exactly how to push it in order to accomplish what he wishes to do. Every four motes spent activating this charm gives the Lunar a +1 natural bonus to his Dexterity score for as long as he keeps the motes commited, up to a maximum of doubling his Dexterity. In addition, the Lunar can ignore botched Athletics rolls, treating them as failed instead.

Striking Mongoose Method

A Lunar using this charm strikes with the cunning precision and deft control of the Mongoose, his blows precisely placed and able to slide past his opponents defenses. Every mote spent activating this charm can add one die to a Dexterity + Melee or Martial Arts hand-to-hand attack roll. This bonus cannot be greater than the Lunars Dexterity.

Bending Before the Storm

  Type: Reflexive

  Minimum Essence: 1

The Lunar using this charm moves beyond dodging, instead able to instantly understand what he has to do to twist his body out of the way of an attack and performing it. Every mote spent on this charm converts one die from a dodge defense into an automatic success, up to a maximum of his Dexterity + Essence rating. He does not roll any dice converted into automatic successes, but does roll any Dodge dice left in the pool. If modifiers reduce the characters dodge pool, these dice are taken away first from the rolled pool first.
