Basic Shapeshifting- Changing from any form to another other takes a single miscelleanous action (Speed 5, -1 DV). It costs 1 mote to assume a true form, and 3 motes for most other types of shapeshifting; this does not count as a charm activation. You can gain additional forms by undertaking a Sacred Hunt, an activity that takes about 6 hours, requires a (Wits + Survival) roll, and a point of Willpower.
Curse of the Whipped Elephant (Valor)
The character has finally had enough- bottled up anger and barely-hidden rage erupt out into an impressive show of righteous fury. The Whipped Elephant throws off all restraints, tears through mental blinders and abandons any pre-set plans in favor of letting everyone know just how mad she's become. This destructive anger is often unleashed at those who have somehow earned the ire -- even if they've long since forgotten the incident that annoyed the Lunar, or thought it resolved. An Elephant, after all, never forgets. In the abscence of anyone to focus on the Lunar simply erupts into a less controlled fury. She'll destroy anything and anyone that gets too close, lashing out particularly at anyone who tries to restrain or control her.
Partial Control: The character can reign in his anger somewhat, focusing it all on those that she actually has some kind of grudge against, limiting her actions against innocent bystanders who stay out of her way. If someone gets between her and her target, though, all bets are off. The Lunar can also hold back from killing true friends, but they'll hardly escape unscathed.
Duration: One Scene
