William Hait Stoddard: The current CEO of Sirius Trading Corporation, Stoddard is well-liked by both the Board and the Company as a whole. He's regarded as a singularly intelligent, ruthless, and charismatic individual with a great deal to offer to the Company and its Employees. A native to Sirius's rich upper class, the CEO "inherited" a custom-designed genetic template from his wealthy parents, probably a variant of the Metanoia-series Upgrade. Like most CEO's, Stoddard was born into the Corporation's Culture and served as an Officer on a Company Freight Liner until the age of 30, helping to serve the bottom line. He began his term as CEO some 13 years ago, at age 37, with an emphasis on greater defense against the expansionist threats of both the Core Worlds and the United Empire of Sol. No one doubts that his reinforcement of the Company Garrison at Haven and the conquest of Wall System has made the borders of Company-owned Space considerably more secure; many feel similarly about the Company's closer relationship with several local Mercenary Companies. With the greater security from outside threats achieved, the last several years have seen a steady increase of profit margins while the Corporation itself ranges further and further and gains more trading partners. Already, several worlds Rimward of Sirius are petitioning for associate status in the Company.
