Backgrounds Detail:
Allies (Your "Sisters", two fellow Naiads who dwell in nearby lakes linked by the trods of your holdings.)
Holdings (You have extensive underground caves, located in your lake! These holding itself is quite large but mostly flooded with water, and consists of miles of maze-like underwater caves (Surroundings 3). The actual holding itself is quite small, the size of a cottage (Size 1). Trods are located in the holding which lead to similar holdings all over Eastern Europe.)
Oaths (Your oaths with a nearby village, quite old, designed to protect your holding.)
Resources (Small bits of treasure that you've stolen from drowned humans over the centuries you've dwelt here.)
Status (You are noted as a somewhat exceptional member of the Winter court.)
Lesser Features: Webbed Fingers and Feet, Skin Hue (Blue), Long-flowing Hair, Dead Sexy
Greater Features: Elemental Form (Water): the character appears to be made of liquid. This allows you to breathe underwater, are resistant to hypothermia, and can flow around attacks gaining a +2 bonus to dodge rolls. You leave wet footprints, are constantly wet, etc.

Echoes: A human with a fern-leaf laced in their hair. A man with a lock of her hair.
Oaths: Long ago, before the time of the Oath-Truce, you and your sisters forged powerful oaths with nearby villages. Specifically, you have promised to drown only men that respond to your sexual advances and no one else. In return, the villages have promised not to swim in your lake or disturb it's surroundings significantly. You fail your side of the oath if you should ever drown anyone other than a man who responded to your sexual advances, while they fail their side of the oath if they should disturb your lake. Your punishment if you should break the oath is to fall in love with a man you can never have. The village's punishment if they should break the oath is that their village shall be disturbed seven-fold as they disturbed the lake.

For many years, the oath held without trial -- the villages staying from the lake entirely. However, within the time of the Oath Truce, the villages other water source dried up and they have been forced to test the Oath. You made examples of the first such trespassers, not breaking the oath as long as you did not drown them, just to remind them that the oath still held. You allow a bit of water gathering, bathing (as long as they do not /swim/, and don't make too much of a mess), and such. You dislike this situation, but are unwilling to push the oath too far -- not wanting to fall in love with any human man, much less one forever denied you.

Merits and Flaws:
Feared (1pt flaw); you are well known to the nearby village, and it's not a good reputation. Loose one die on social rolls and rolls to resist gaining echoes whenever your dealing with said humans.
Oathbreaker (1pt flaw); you've come very close to breaking your oath, and are vaguely marked by this near-miss. So far, however, you've avoided a total gaffe and so the condition is easy to hide.
Territorial (2pt flaw); you are exceedingly territorial, and get /very/ angry at those who enter your territory (your actual holding, not just the area around the lake itself) without your invitation and permission -- including other fae.
