Important Vampire Elders

Aude - An elder Bay't Mustasharid (Nosferatu) vampire who is one of the contacts Gert's sire recommended him to by letter. Aude knows Gert's sire and claims a large domain in the city's catacombs and the areas near the western gate of the city.
Oren - The oldest vampire in Jerusalem, a Qabilat al-Mawt who rumor says is as old as the city itself. He dwells as near the Church of the Holy Sepulchre as is possible and claims domain over it and the surrounding area. He was not Prince, but has always been a factor in local politics.
- Maya - Oren's only childe in Jerusalem, Maya was Embraced some time during the construction of the Holy Sepulchre Church several centuries ago. She is known to take great interest in current events, having long detested the Muslim rule of the Holy City. She makes her haven outside Jerusalem itself, near the Temple of Mary and claims dominion over that site as well as a large portion of the surrounding desert.
Yasir the Black - An Banu Haqim who makes haven at an undisclosed location inside his domain which extends around the eastern gates of the city. He recieves his nickname from his ebony black skin as well as the black veins in his aura. He is of the Warrior Caste and considered the de facto leader of Banu Haqim in and around the Holy City. He and Maya are vicious rivals, though Yasir bears surprisingly little ill-will to the current rulers of Jerusalem unless there is current violence against his adopted religion of Islam.

Christopher - A Cappadocian from Europe who has been living in Jerusalem since it was conquered by the Crusaders with whom he arrived. He keeps to himself, but has friendly relations with Aude and several of the city's other Nosferatu. He is the only resident Cappadocian. Aude refers to him as a Qabilat al-Mawt by habit, he considers himself Cappadocian.
