This Background represents an extensive collection of knowledge. It could be scrolls, clay tablets, books or even an eidetic memory. There are two distinct versions of this Background, which must be bought separately: Occult Library and Academic Library. Academic Library covers knowledge of the mortal world, while Occult Library covers matters of the supernatural. An Occult Library will be a great help to a Cappadocian attempting to learn or develop a new Mortis Ritual or a Lasombra seeking the secrets of the Abyss, but it will not help them discover the location of a buried treasure from the empire of Alexander. The reverse is true, as well.
