Reduce a dead body to dust with a touch.
System: Spend one BP and roll Intelligence + Medicine (diff 6).
Freeze a person in place.
System: Spend a WP and roll Intelligence + Medicine (diff 7). Each success is one turn of immobility. This power must be used on targets in line of sight. If the target gets 2 successes on a WP roll, he can break free. Failure (or 1 success) wastes the attempt and inflicts 1B damage.
Wither a target limb.
System: Spend a WP point and touch the limb. The target takes two Agg levels of damage. Unless they are soaked, the targetted limb is crippled and worthless until the damage is healed.
Infect the target with a plague.
System: Spend a WP and roll Intelligence + Medicine (diff 6). The victim rolls Stamina + Fortitude (diff = user's WP). If the user wins, the target is affected. They lose half their Strength and Wits, 1 dot of Dexterity, must spend double the normal amount of BP to wake each morning. Mortals lose 1 HL each day instead. Every time the target feeds (or eats) they must roll Self Control (diff 8) or vomit everything back up. Each night, the target can resist with a Stamina roll (diff 11 - number of nights infected). Success cures the disease.
Turn vampires to ash with a touch.
System: Spend two BP and a WP. Roll WP (diff = target's Stamina +3), each success inflicts 1 HL of Agg damage.
