Alicia is the childe of Edmund Ryecroft, and the Primogen of the Toreador clan.
Alicia once behaved strangely since his death, appearing spacey in court. In recent years, she appeared more together, however rumours of a relationship between her and the questionable Jonathan Star were whispered.
She hosts the Halloween Party slash Salon at the Scarab Club each year and is a great patron of the arts and social organizer. Recently it's become quite clear that she does a heavy trade in boons and debts as well... and anyone would be wise to tiptoe carefully when near her as she has stunned some with the debts that can be incurred(ahem, Jenny Olson, ahem).
The main character of Alicia's own clan, Mai, sees her as both very dangerous and admirable. Oh, true, the trade in boons and debts will come crashing down on her someday as it does for anyone who trades too heavily, but still Alicia has a way of layering what she is... one the outside a polite socialite, a layer down a dismayed primogen, a layer down your worst enemy, a layer down anger incarnate.
Alicia is your best friend and worst enemy. For some, she swings more to one end of that spectrum than others.
