Mai woke up to the elevator doors outside in the hotel rasping closed. Someone knocked.

Mai delighted in watching one of Randolf's Rent-a-ghouls announce information intended for Randolf to the entire group.
Randolph does indeed have his own ghoul problems now. What was once a self reliant, intelligent ghoul has become a moronic atomoton. Being that he is a rent a ghoul I will have to have his rental agency get him in for a tune-up or decommission. He passes on information that the an equiped blood lab will be available for use this evening.
Smug to the fact that Randolf now has his own ghoul problems, Mai celebrated with a nice long shower.
We went to inspect both sites where bodies reportedly fell from the sky and found that, yes, indeed, they may have. Mai got a vision from spirit touching something which was completely unimportant and irrelevent. Randolph inspected the corpse, took a femur and the head for future research. Randolph also attempted to use his Massive scientific knowledge to plot the trajectories of the falling bodies, but was defeated by the super secret field of anti-science.
Absolutely no one showed up while we were at the rubble and we followed absolutely no one. Nothing coincidental happened.
We went to the University where Aiden announced she has a great rack and so does Mai. Mai agrees.
Nothing happened at the university. Literally this time.
Randolph and Mansfield go to the childerns hospital to look over the blood research. After a short trip to Randolph's abode to aquire some samples. Randolph then uses unparralled knowledge of the working of blood to investigate what origins each sample might have (this is actually acclomplished through Dan's bullshit of chemistry!). Much information was gathered ( then left at Tim's house and will be added later).
Mai decided to go show Winston her great rack. Since no one else was there, I will fill in the blanks.
Mai asked Winston for his help in trying to wrench some information from Qasi's mind... and Winston sort of hinted that he might not be much better at that than Mai. Winston told Mai what Qasi was wearing and about the hospital bracelet and suggested she inspect that. Mai told Winston that Nurse Spencer is still in town and apparently operating with a group and Mai would like to know who those people are. The exchange of information was less important than Winston's reaction in this conversation, which to Mai's dismay, was not much of one. Mai did not tell Winston who she belives the people may be... but only tried to see if he was interested in exposing them. He was not, apparently.
Winston then shared a rumour with Mai about Alicia Lee and Jonathan Starr which Mai had kinda suspected all along minus how long ago it started.
Mai met back up with the group at an absolutely unimportant nonmystical location in an abandoned building downtown where nothing whatsoever happened.
There was no cat.
(This is what you have ended up with if you have not joined in the recap. BWAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!)
<hr width=100%> 10/6/05 Aiden sighs loudly at Mia.
"Do you really have to be so difficult? I mean, honestly, we do rely on you to write all this damn crap down because *you're* the Tory. But fine. I get it. La-di-da, eh? Here's what I remember."
Randolph's rent-a-ghoul made one of hell of a fuss early in evening which made most of us fairly amused. Aiden managed to score the second shower while the boys tried to decided on a plan of action. All in all, sounded like they planned to run around the city looking at person sized impression in the ground. This bored Aiden something fierce but she tagged along anyway. Mia managed (finally) to spirit touch something and get an actual image!!! Miracles do happen.
At the second ditch Randolph ran into some random (or not so random person)(Randolph hit someone??) and Aiden wasn't really paying attention. Once we started racing out in the car though her interest was peaked but it was the oddly coincidental car accident that really made her suspect something magically inclinded was happening regarding the mysterious stranger.
Decided to follow/chase/lure the strange at the University. So once again, Jenny became bait and Mai, JT and Aiden attempted "Lessons of Futility" as we look for a car. Randolph and Manfred scooted off to play with blood (and I will let them post on that). Wander. Wander. Wander and find nothing. No one even had the polite manners to attack Jenny in the darkness.
Aiden did take the time to explain to Mai how to show off her rack and why it is important to correctly use one's rack to further one's self. It worked well.
Back we went to the 'Mystical Building of No-Blood-Letting" and happened upon another confusing ritual involving a cat, two dry bodies, a little star, some damned blood and a bowl. As in all operas- hijinks insued and there was choas. Aiden does not really know what all happened except that there was a lot of yelling, spilling, throwning, killing and stuff.
She does worry a little about schroedinger's cat.
out. gangrel. over and out.
Meanwhile while the others were playing around and not really doing anything important but get into truoble, Manfred and Randolph had finally started doing thier blood reasearch. Randolph put the blood through several tests that didn't seem to accomplish much. As far as his test went he was able to determine a few things about the older blood, but not to much. When He put it into an elctron microscope however Manfred was able to Identify mystic symbols on Jenny's blood and the ancient Malkavian's. The simbols were inverse of one another. They mixed the two and found to even thier surprise that combining the the two samples yeilded mortal blood. Mixing the ancient malkavians blood with that of archimedes the blood simply fount each other. The importance of these discoveries has yet to be seen. The session ended with randolph and manfred still discussing this. In all of manfred's experience with blood magic this is still very interesting.
