Gotsdam, the childe of Tiamat has called Germany,
or more specifically the Black Forest, his home
for many centuries, but never played an
obvious role in the region's undead politics.
He has appeared only on rare occasions when
the society of the kindred or the kine was
threatened. He was seen in Paris only days
before the revolution and in London just before
Hitler's blitzkrieg began. He was also spotted
in Bucharest, Romania in late 1998. Hopefully
his appearance there does not represent some
other crisis.
