All I know of Reginald was that he participated in the crusade against the Sabbat in Detroit and was apparently the most recent person that we know of to shoot Darren Andrews when Darren made an attempt to crash our crusade meeting.

He was wearing a grey duster, similar to the individual who dropped of The tapestry during the ritual that Marcellus was performing. He told Randolph Kugan that destroying the tapestry was bad and gave Randolph a vision of what was inside the tapestry. He then disappeared again, presumably he has the jug of nos blood.
