Simon was a tremere who joined us for a short time in Detroit. Although his magic apparently dealt with wards and warding, he was good at tripping them. He carried the book with him for too long. He was apparently killed in Romania by the werewolves.
Recently Manfred has infromed us that he has not passed. He found and interogated by the tremere, which is what lead to Manfred being asigned to deal with detroit.
