The Lunar Exalted are renowned among the Exalted as the most connected to the Natural World, the greatest at surviving in the wilds on the edges of Creation. A Lunar who uses this charm proves that true, opening himself up to his inner nature -- the spark of the wild given to him by Luna and the inheritance of primal nature that was a gift of Gaia. After invoking this charm, the character adds 5 dots to his Survival trait. A Lunar with a Survival above 5 is operating as much from a deep spiritual connection to the primordial Force of Nature as he is natural lore. A character using this charm thus often demonstrates disturbing insight into the natural world.

There is no enviroment too harsh that a Lunar with this charm cannot conquer it, and no natural situation too complex or dangerous that he cannot master it completely. Flawless naturalists, the Lunar with this charm displays a grace and a cunning in the wilds that is unparalleled. Every mote spent on this charm adds one success to a Survival roll, up to a maximum of the Lunar's wits in additional successes. These successes are in addition to any that the Lunar rolls with his normal Attribute + Survival pool.
Mother Luna's Den

A Lunar with this charm can easily find shelter for himself and the rest of his pack, guided to an appropriate haven by the silver hand of Luna. These Shelters are always secluded and hard to stumble upon, as well as being secure from the enviroment. Their exact nature depends on the enviroment, from sandstone caves in the South to secluded coves in the West. The Lunar need only spend the essence to find a den for himself, but must make a Wits + Survival roll to shelter others. This roll has a number of automatic successes equal to the Lunar's Essence, and each success allows the Lunar to shelter one additional person.
While within the Shelter, neither the Lunar nor any of his charges need make any Survival rolls due to inclement weather conditions. In addition, due to its secluded nature, anyone trying to find the Lunar's hidden den has a difficulty to appropriate rolls equal to the Lunar's Essence rating. Normally the dens found with this charm only remain for a scene or so, with the Lunar often being unable to find them again without invoking the charm again. For a cost of 1xp, however, the Lunar can attune himself to a given hidey-hole allowing him to use it as a secure base without constantly calling upon the blessing of the Silver Lady.
