Neesa's Thrown Charms

First Thrown Excellency- Overwhelming (page 183) ^
You use this charm at the declaration stage, spending essence to add dice to a Thrown dice pool up to a limit of your Attribute + Thrown rating. This can be used to increase unrolled uses of the relevant ability such as Defense Values. Simply roll the purchased dice with each success adding one to the applicable static value. These dice cannot be used to create actions.

Neesa's Performance Charms

Second Performance Excellency - Triumphant (page 184) ^
You use this charm at the declaration stage, spending essence to add successes to a Performance roll up to a limit of half your Attribute + Performance rating. Every success added counts as two dice for the purposes of dice adders limits. This can be used to increase unrolled uses of the relevant ability such as Defense Values.

Heart-Compelling Method (page 202) ^
You use this charm to supplement a Performance-based roll to rouse emotion in others. It exerts unnatural mental influence on every valid target of this roll, causing them to experience the desired emotion intensely for one scene if their MDV is less than the extra successes rolled on the Performance roll. It costs two willpower to resist this influence.

Neesa's Occult Charms

Spirit-Detecting Glance (page 221) ^
You use this charm to enable you to see, hear, smell and feel - but not touch - dematerialized creatures. For the rest of the Scene, this charm makes such creatures valid targets for your Awareness actions - including reflexive uses of the Awareness ability.

Spirit-Cutting Attack (page 221) ^
You use this charm to supplement an attack on a dematerialized creature. The attack can now strike such creatures, and inflicts aggravated damage to them. This charm can be used on materialized spirits as well, and can supplement actions using other Abilities. If you cannot see the spirit your attacking, you recieve the normal -2 external penalty to the attack.

Neesa's Athletics Charms

Graceful Crane Stance (page 222) ^
You may use this charm at any time to enhance all your Athletics actions related to Balance and keeping a sure footing. For the rest of the scene after activating this charm, you automatically succeed on any valid Athletics roll to keep your balance. In addition, this charm allows you to keep your footing on any surface at least as strong and wide as a human hair -- treating it as a three-foot-wide ledge capable of supporting a thousand pounds of weight.

Neesa's Awareness Charms

Third Awareness Excellency - Resurgent (page 184) ^
You can use this charm after making a roll based on Awareness. This Charm allows you to make the roll again, using the new result if the Exalt prefers it. The Exalt can also use this charm to enhance static values derived from Awareness, increasing the characters effective (Attribute + Awareness) rating for one task by the Ability rating. This means that you increase a DV based on Awareness by half the relevant ability.

Keen Sight Technique (page 225-26) ^
You use this charm to vastly increase your sense of sight, spending Essence to add two bonus successes on all Awareness rolls that involve that sense. This charm also allows the character to make out levels of detail that the unExalted could never observe, even in poor visual conditions.

Neesa's Linguistics Charms

Sagacious Reading of Intent (page 233) ^
You can use this charm as a reflexive responce to a statement you've read or hear - gaining a one-sentence summary of what the person making that statement hopes to gain from it. If the Exalt invokes this Charm to defend against a social attack and the attackers purpose is fundamentally hostile to the Exalt or the Exalt's Motivation this charm is a perfect defense against that attack.

Neesa's Socialize Charms

Wise-Eyed Courtier Method (page 238) ^
You can use this charm only after having spent at least several hours sometime in the last year encouraging a belief within a social group (court, kingdom or some secret society), and only in the presence of at least one member of that group. The Exalt's player rolls ([Charisma or Manipulation] + Socialize), subtracting an external penalty equal to the group leader's MDV plus half of the group's Magnitude. If the character succeeds, the social group accepts this belief. This charm inflicts unnatural mental influence; the targetted group (and any social groups that splinter off it) must spend 6 loyalty to break free of the influence forever or one loyalty to break free for a single scene. This charm has no effect on individuals - only on groups. You can redefine a churches dogma or change the prevealing beliefs of a nation, but any given individual reacts of her own accord.

Mastery of Small Manners (page 239-40) ^
You use this charm at the declaration stage, spending essence to gain a number of effects in Social Combat. You treat enemy groups as one Magnitude smaller than they actually are, increase your effective Appearance by one, and understand the motives of others as if you'd gotten three successes on an Investigation roll to determine such. In addition, generally treat others as more likely to perform small favors and provide hospitality as not.
