Tisia Zintoba: The current de facto Leader of the Family Zintoba (the primary military Nobility in the culture), and wife of the Lungzao, Johann Illhousen of the Ruling Circle. Tisia is one of the most willful, aggressive and competent women in the city of Nei`Roh and serves on it's Great Council with distinction. Unlike many of her family, she is not primarily a warrior, but she treats Rohan Politics almost like battle and is a master of it. She is currently over 6 months pregnant, but still heavily involved in all the tasks that her important position demand of her.
Illidore Isisia: A younger man, originally sent to the Coucil as a compromise canidate designed to ensure that neither main faction within the Isisia could outmanuever the other, Illidore has grown into his position and become one of the more imporant voices in the High Council due to his ability to find common ground and compromises. A past expert at weaving his way through opposed goals and emerging at something both sides can agree upon, Illidore often serves as the leader of debates and discussions in the High Council.
Tordas: A fiery voiced man, firm of build and strong of arm, Tordas is one of the most outspoken and forceful of the Lower Chamber. Once a servant of the Zintoba family, in charge of crafting weapons for the Legions, Tordas still fulfills his functions and even served in the war against the Father. More than any other voice in the Council, Tordas speaks of pure unadulterated perseverance of the Rohan people. He was one of the loudest voices for the war against Harbourhead, and then one of the loudest voices in favor of stripping the Kingdom of every ounce of foodstuff. He and his faction have gained considerably strength in the aftermath of the Realm Invasion and the defeat of the Father.
Rohoa: Aged wise and respected by all, the Speaker of the Council is in charge of keeping order in the often chaotic affairs of the Council and overseeing the various rituals that the Council has adopted into it's functioning. In particular, he is the first to speak, guides the Councilors in prayers to the sun, directs debate and acknowledges speakers, and formally closes any meetings. While a member of the Lesser Council, Rohoa is perhaps the single most important man on the Council, and his loose affiliation with the Orile (for whom he still works as an overseer on many construction projects when not in session) showcases that families powerful hold over Rohan Politics.
