The Solar Exalted ties a small message to the shaft of an arrow, whispers a name to the arrow as he draws it taut, and fires the arrow up into the sky. The shaft flies off, not loosing any speed as it curves and zooms toward the individual that the Solar named. This charm can be used at a distance of one mile without difficulty, but additional range requires the character pay extra motes to provide the fuel for the arrows flight. Every doubling of range requires the Solar pay 2 extra motes. The character can only double the base range a maximum number of times equal to his Essence rating. The arrow will travel at about 10 miles per hour and land in the vicinity of its intended target if he is within range. The Solar must know the individual to whom he is sending the message.
