Basic Solar Resistance charms

Perfection of Body

The character's essential being becomes more resistant to harm and injury, allowing the Solar to add his Resistance score to his stamina before calculating his natural soak. The character thus has a Bashing soak equal to (Stamina + Resistance), and a lethal soak equal to half that value. The character also gains a Hardness of 1, ignoring attacks that only do a single die of raw damage such as a Dragon-Blooded anima. Lastly, the player may spend a willpower point if subjected to an attack that would maim him permanently; the attack still does damage as normal, but the character is not permanently harmed by it.

Hauberk-Summoning Meditation

Through the use of this charm, the Solar forsakes the need to actually don his armor. With little more effort than a thought, the characters anima flashes gold and a moment later the Exalt is fully garbed and ready for war, his castemark burning as if he'd spent 4 motes of peripheral Essence. This transformation only takes an instant, though the Solars armor must be within his Essence in yards. It makes no difference if the armor is securely packed away, resting on display, or laying at his feet -- this charm works regardless. The character may also use this charm to speedily remove his armor, if he wishes, instantly appearing in his normal garb with a flash of gold.

Armor-Disguising Method

Often times it is necessary to be prepared for violence without seeming to be so prepared, and even in the best of occasions wearing heavy armor can attract far too much unnecessary attention. A solar using this charm is able to draw attention away from his armor using a mixture of overclothes, attitude and essence. The character can either obscure his armor entirely, resulting in anyone unable to make a Perception + Awareness roll with a difficulty of 4 being unable to recognize the character as wearing any armor. Alternatively, the character may use this charm to disguise heavy or superheavy armor as light armor, which raises the difficulty of the roll to 7 and gives those unable to make the roll the impression that the character is lightly garbed. This charm fails entirely upon a detailed inspection, not able to hold up to intense scrutiny.

The Exalt using this charm is firmly rooted in stance, unable to be budged from his position even by the strongest force. When invoked, the Solar can ignore any knockback effect directed at him, no matter the source. Even charm based effects that force the target back are ignored, with no ill effects for the Solar using this charm.
