The Solar Exalted can often seem radiant, and with a smile and a gentle glance the character using this charm can capture the attention of anyone he wishes -- singling out a given individual even in the middle of a large party. If the chosen subject already knows the Solar, he is simply notified of the Solars presence obliquely. Weak-willed subjects might also be somewhat intrigued by his presence, but this full effect of this charm is gained when it is used on subjects who don't already know the character.
If used to gain the attention of someone who doesn't know the Solar, that subject finds himselves utterly fascinated by the Solar. The character can direct the overall effects of this charm by his actions, either pulling the chosen subject away from his fellows for a private conversation or flawlessly involving himself in any conversation or activity. Regardless of the details, the Solar may double the final successes rolled on any Socialize roll made to acquire a new acquaintance or friend. Even a botch or a failure is treated as a single success.
