Level Five Artifact
Golden Scepter
This Incan scepter was said to be carried by only the Holiest of Holies. A man or woman whose purity, virtue, and power set them above even the king himself, at least if the translation is correct. They would become a vessel for the power of Inti, binding together the worlds.
This artifact grants Harmony the power to create clothing at a whim that has deep pockets that can carry around a ton of junk (hope it's not all pocky!) When she wishes, the clothes glow with an inner light and glory, declaring her as more than simply human and granting her +2 to appearance. Similarly, when she is garbed in light, her true figure fades into obscurity, replaced by another persona which hides her. Only it is remembered by most, and even it is forgotten rapidly. Lastly, it has the form of a divine (and large) mallet, which it can transform into at her will.

The orichalcum bonuses have already been factored into the above statistics. If not fully harmonized, reduce the weapons Accuracy to +0, Defense to -1, and Rate to 2.
