The Exalt with this Charm learns how to quicken his reflexes with the essence of fire, lending his weapon the speed and deftness to push aside attacks. The character can add his Melee as reflexive bonus dice to any Parry roll for two motes. The Dragon-Blooded can also use these dice as a reflexive parry equal to his Melee rating, with no other bonuses added to the roll.
