All material here at the moment is just my notes while I work on stuff; bear with me, work in progress.
I don't have much to say about them at the moment. Basically, they're sided with the Insurrectionists primarily because they don't care for the strictures the Triumvirate would put on their activities, but unlike their cousins the Arikites, feel it's better balking the system you know than abandoning it to break it with a system that is as yet unproven.
Sobriquet: Degenerates
Clan Disciplines: Auspex, Celerity, Presence
Clan Weakness: Toreador can't resist things of beauty; nearly anything that qualifies in their mind - from their own reflection in a mirror, to a well-done sonnet, to the screams of a dying child if they're so inclined - has the potential to hypnotize them. At the storyteller's discretion, they may require the Degenerate to make a Willpower roll at difficulty 6, or stare raptly for hours at the offending object.
