< Sid PLEASE | Logs | A Basket For Elora >
Elora is the first out of the gate.
Autumn is wrapped in red cloth, like a ninja, echoing the redwoods around them, sleeves and undershirt green, reminding one of the Redwood forests... or the Portugal flag, if one were from Earth, not Creation. His mask is pure Redwood and has a 'Hunter of D' etched upon it.
Kerem Her feet crunch leaves and twigs underfoot as she surveys the forest about her. The Haltan trees are mighty, and the canopy overhead blocks out much of the sun, leaving a twilight arbor where this particular Gate exits.
Den Bao is, for once, in something sensible. Less flashy and more built for travel. Of course, he's still wearing a matching scarf. Never leaves home without it.
Elora notes with mixed approval Den Bao's outfit.
Elora "Alright. Lieutenant Secrets, I put you in charge of this portion of the operation. Find our guy."
venus{A} is still wearing extremely skimpy and revealing clothes, but now they are green in honor of Halta.
Den Bao "It amuses me to no end that the mobile one is asking the desk jockey for directions."
Autumn gives a swath to Venus' back. "Dressed to kill, pet!"
Elora "I'm not asking you to walk there for me."
Den Bao smirks, but nonetheless takes a moment to ponder. "To find someone of his nature, you simply need to follow the trail of tears. There is bound to be one where there are people."
venus{A} squeaks in surprise, blushing. "Um, thank you." She grins. "The clothes are much nicer in Heaven."
Elora nods. "Alright then." She begins hiking towards the nearest settlement/.
Serpent is fully decked out in Rising Smoke battle gear - brand new robes in elegant mauve, wrists and throat wrapped in prayer strips, a long belt-of-coins wrapped around his waist three times, and another excitingly spiky hairdo. This one has flowerbuds.
Kerem The Sidereals begin to approach a beautiful village, its buildings and monuments apparently formed out of the living wood itself. As they approach, a few soldiers standing near the gates see them and come to attention, gathering up their weapons.
venus{A} cranes her neck to stare up at the trees, tagging along just behind Autumn.
Elora "Hello!"
Serpent changes his posture and adjusts the biwa strung across his back. "Nice day for a song, innit?"
Autumn begins to sing, opening his arms and showing the scarves dropping from them and the long flute on his hand, made to be played through the little opening for the mouth on his mask! "Always, always!"
Elora thinks for a moment, and then begins to clap.
Serpent catches the beat and begins to play and sing a bawdy drinking/marching song.
Kerem The soldiers lower their weapons slightly and peer at the party.
venus{A} stays back, off to the side, so as not to be associated too much with the people who simply burst into random song.
Den Bao rubs his chin, slowly... before wasting little time in getting into the rhythm of things, even as his eyes look around for signs of obvious zealotry.

Autumn brings the flute to his lips and begins to play, stepping all around venus, watching her as a snake-charmer watches its snake... dance, girl, dance!
pigeon #+o
Soldier "Can I help you?"
Elora "We are looking for a place to spend the night."
venus{A} reluctantly gets into the spirit of the performance, looking the soldiers in the eyes, each in turn, and putting on her best 'come hither' sort of look, while gyrating in a way that shows off every inch of bare flesh to the best advantage.
Autumn plays the flute like a mad devil, beateous like they had never seen or heard with such skill anyone listening has to at least tap their feet to its rhytm...
Den Bao has a surprising amount of mobility for a man who looks like he's more at home with booze and fatty meat dishes.
Soldier furrows his brow at first, but starts tapping his feet, slowly smiling more and more, until the whole battalion is clapping and whooping along.
Serpent sidles up to one of the soldiers. "Women love a party animal..."
Elora begins walking into the town, still clapping carefully at every beat.
Serpent "And we throw a mighty party!"
venus{A} collects tips
Kerem The villagers flock out of their buildings to cheer and clap at the party's performance, and any pretense of gate-barring is forgotten, as the group is shown to a currently empty bungalow on the edge of town, there to stay as long as they like.
Elora quickly claims the best sleeping location, then moves to start a fire.
Den Bao pauses to peeks outside one last time, then looks back to see that Elora's already poached the best spot. "Mn."
Elora "Too slow!"
Autumn picks Venus and sits down, her on his lap, on the first halfway-decent bed he sees!
venus{A} grins and kisses Autumn. "That was fun. Is this what you guys do all the time?"
Den Bao "On good days, yes."
Elora "Don't worry, something horrible will happen soon enough."
Autumn kisses Venus back, giggling. "When we can. Life is a party, even when drenched in blood!"
Elora "Now then." She breaks out a bag of trail mix from her backpack. "Let's get to finding this Deled."
venus{A} makes a face, "That makes it sound less fun."
Kerem It is apparent to everyone that something is unusual about the village. However, only Serpent's penetrating eyes notice the distracted sparkle in more than one man's eyes, the disturbing disconnect once or twice between something a villager says and what he does.
Kerem It is not until he sees two Dragon-Blooded animatedly conversing with the open air about the arrival of the minstrel show, though, that it become clear that all or nearly all of the Dragon-Blooded in the village are suffering under some sort of spell, that deludes their perceptions and makes them believe things that are not.
Serpent gently elbows Elora the next time he notices the weirdness. "Hey El, watch that man."
Serpent "Acting a little strangely, eh?"
Den Bao is busy quietly adjusting his scarf to make sure that it's positioned right.
Elora watches.
Elora "Did he just... say he was going to go for a run?"
Serpent "I think so, yes."
Elora "He has a gimpy leg!"
Serpent sticks out his foot and trips him.
venus{A} tries walking up to one of the dragon blooded and engaging him conversation.
Kerem The man falls violently to the ground, slowly and carefully gathers himself up, hoists himself painfully onto his crutches, and continues to inch his way along the road. Throughout this, he continues to smile and look about him, apparently unaware of what is occurring. He even continues to breathe heavily.
Kerem He nods to Serpent. "Nice performance!" Then turns back to look at the road he is ever so slowly proceeding along.
Serpent thinks about Bishop for a second and plays an ornate discord.
Elora "...what the COCK was that about?"
Den Bao notices this... and frowns. "My, we've walked into a bit of paradox."
Serpent "I think he is a little confused about what is going on."
Elora "Well, hmm."
Elora summons up her Efficient Secretary. "Greenie, would you find out where Peleps Deled hangs out around here, please?"
Kerem The Dragon-Blooded engages animatedly in discussion with Venus, and points out towards the forest, then begins walking.
venus{A} shrugs, gives the others an apologetic look, and walks with him, "So, what's going on around here, other than the musical group that just joined?"
Den Bao lets Elora do all the hard work. Secrets act only when an actual secret presents itself!
Kerem The Dragon-Blood gives Venus an odd look. "Well, uh. Just the normal Forest Witch stuff. Nothing special, really. Oh, there's a really good wine this year..." they fade into the distance.
venus{A} "What's a forest witch?" her voice fades.
Kerem "Five hundred paces to your northeast."
Kerem (that's the spider)
Serpent "So you just sort of wiggle your fingers and a spider is there, hm.
Serpent wiggles his fingers.
Elora "It's good for scaring somebody if they're a jerk at your slumber party!"
Elora clears her throat.
Serpent giggles.
Elora "So, five hundred paces to the northeast here."
Den Bao "Hm. He's close, then? Perfect."
Den Bao promptly does not exist.
Bishop Of Strife swaggers up to the rest of his circle, somehow managing to not boom right now. "I had sent a message that I was somewhat delayed. I assume it did not arrive."
Serpent exaggeratedly whispers into Elora's ear, "Den Bao is a little strange."
Bishop Of Strife cannot help but boom! "NO, THAT IS VERY WRONG. I AM A LITTLE STRANGE!"
Elora nods.
Elora "Wait. Who's Den Bao again?"
Elora waits a few seconds before cracking a smile.
Elora "Bishop. You're here. Good. Sit down and be quiet, please."
Autumn returns from... wherever he went. "Hey, where's Den Bao?"
Bishop Of Strife stares blankly at Elora.
Elora "Pretty please."
Den Bao resists the urge to smack Elora's head... and decides to simply admire her ass instead.
Bishop Of Strife sits.
Bishop Of Strife To be clear, the Bishop sits on Elora.
Den Bao has his view interrupted, and decides to get down to business. Scarf at the ready, Den starts in the direction the spider stated, mentally counting the paces.
Autumn "Man. Girls sit on your lap, not the other way around." He sighs. "You guys get all backwards."
Serpent pulls some items out of his pockets, incl. ruler, paddle, coloured oil crayons, apple. "Here, you'll need these if you're to play schoolteacher."
Serpent leaves them in a neat pile and heads off in a northwestish way. Presumably Elora will sort out Autumn and Bishop eventually.
Autumn tries to give a paddle before Serpent does, but is beaten to it, quickly hiding it surreptiously under his red cloth
Kerem Den Bao quickly finds that five hundred paces northeast of him a large and imposing dwelling rests, easily the biggest of any in the village.
Serpent realises he has headed off toward a completely unoccupied training yard and decides maybe the spider meant "northEAST." Buttface. He turns around and adjusts course.
Bishop Of Strife pursues!
Autumn is waiting on Elora! Mostly to be able to see Elora smacking Bishop, but between going after the Bishop and Elora, he prefers the latter. She has, after all, a nice, firm ass.
Autumn * to look at
Kerem Serpent also quickly notices the big fat house between him and the described point.
Serpent "That looks like the bastard's house for sure."
Den Bao keeps on trucking, looking for a nice place to slip in through without being sensed. No point in taking chances, even when a bit sideways in terms of reality-perception.
Serpent strokes his chin, and yells across camp, "HEY WHAT DO I DO NOW?"
Kerem Den Bao doesn't actually see any guards at any of the doors or anything, so it is not too difficult for him to sidle in through an ajar entrance somewhere.
Den Bao helps himself to a tiny little grin, and presses on. There's got to be something pretty and potentially worthwhile to see (and maybe take), after all.
Serpent shrugs and heads into the building, shrugging off his musician's demeanour as he does so.
Bishop Of Strife shrugs on his natural demeanor - that of the destroying angel, the avatar of discord - and bursts into the building as well.
Kerem Den Bao and Serpent enter at opposite ends, but they both find the interior decorated with taste and opulence. All the furniture is also composed of the same oddly living wood that the outside walls were.
Kerem A distinct clatter can be heard coming from the staircase to the second floor.
Kerem The clatter is pretty much drowned out by the Bishop's sustained crash, however.
Den Bao notes that his allies lack that little thing called 'stealth', and pauses to find a nice place to see what happens... then to slip upstairs once whatever's above comes down.
Kerem **never mind, no crash!
Serpent touches his pendant and does a little pirouette as green replaces violet in his. Her sash untied, Cobra Maiden heads toward the stairs.
Bishop Of Strife leaps for the staircase, spear in hand, prayer strips fluttering at all points!
venus{A} returns to the clearing, looking slightly disheveled and a little annoyed, to find that her ... "friends" have left.
Cobra **HIS ROBES
Peleps Deled descends the stair, three hundred and thirty pounds of Dragon-Blooded muscle, resplendent in a suit of black jade superheavy plate, brow furrowed in concern as he turns to the nearby air and says "Yes, don't worry, I'll take care of it. Thank you."
Peleps Deled He surveys the Sidereals before him with not much more approval.
Autumn leaves Elora, and passes by Venus on the way out of where they talked, the scarf becoming a leash to her collar again as he dances foward... "Come on, come on, there's a party, and we'll be fashionably late!" He begins to play the flute again as he goes there, five hundred paces to the northeast!
Cobra "Delly! It's been too long! How is your sister?" Cobra Maiden asks it in the way you ask about someone you have slept with. Repeatedly.
Bishop Of Strife gestures at Deled with a gleaming spear of mathematical fury. "BRACE YOURSELF! WE HAVE QUESTIONS FOR YOU, AND YOU WILL ANSWER!"
venus{A} squeaks again and abruptly changes directions, running a few steps to catch up with Autumn.
Den Bao raises an unseen eyebrow, and almost sighs heavily before quietly making his way around the mess, heading upstairs.
Autumn "Man, I shouldn't even have to remember the directions, I should just be like, 'follow the Bishop's voice.'" He picks a notebook from a pocket, and writes it down
venus{A} "Have you heard of the... Forest Witches?" she asks, trying to keep her voice down.
Peleps Deled raises an eyebrow at the Bishop, then glances over at Cobra, then looks back at the Bishop.
Peleps Deled "Who are you people, and why are you in my house?"
Bishop Of Strife leaps at Deled in a fury, fist already en route to the Dragon-Blooded's face!
Cobra "Have you forgotten already?"
Cobra looks hurt. CRUSHED.
Peleps Deled staggers back as the Bishop's fist impacts him with a crashing thud, but his face does not alter.
Bishop Of Strife punches Deled again! VIGOROUSLY!
Peleps Deled seizes a spear from the wall and bats the Bishop's hand aside.
Peleps Deled draws the spear's tip across the air between him and the Bishop, leaving a glittering black line, which he crosses to make an X lying over the Bishop's heart. He then neatly skewers the center of the X with his weapon.
Bishop Of Strife 's own spear, lashes out, clattering on Deled's weapon and foiling the attack. "SO IT'S COME TO SPEARS, HAS IT? VERY WELL!"
Golden Cat "Never heard of those. Did people here say anything?"
Peleps Deled Den Bao infiltrates the upstairs neatly, and finds the room, if anything, nicer than the downstairs.
Peleps Deled A few moments of rifling turns up a stack of reports and a sizeable chunk of currency. The reports are addressed to one Mnemnon Delana.
venus{A} "Yes...why is Bishop hitting someone?"
Autumn "No idea!"
Autumn scampers off to pat the Bishop on the back, "Hey, why are you beating him?"
venus{A} hangs back nervously
Den Bao commits things to memory and reads as quickly as his amazing Sidereal brain will allow him to.
Peleps Deled Elora, meanwhile, notices something unusual. A few Dragon-Blooded begin to congregate near the forest path Venus took a few minutes ago, gesticulating and speaking in loud tones. A few lines drift by.
Peleps Deled (misc db) "Sejek, what happened? You're DEAD."
Peleps Deled (misc db) "They're what? Who are they, then? How did you find out?"
Elora sneaks over slightly closer to listen.
Cobra 's castemark bursts with purple radiance as she slide-tackles Deled and tries to sink her fingers into his windpipe.
Cobra Batting away Deled's distracted parry, Cobra Maiden drags his face to her mouth and breathes a cloud of silver-black mist into his lungs. "All yours now, Bishop." She releases him and retreats.
Autumn "Wait, are you trying to kill this guy or what?"
Peleps Deled The Dragon-Bloods turn as one to look scandalized at Elora. "Don't PUSH Telketh like that. What's your problem?"
Elora "What? I didn't push anybody. I'm very polite!"
Peleps Deled "What are you, blind? Telketh is standing right where you are. Or was, until just a second ago."
Peleps Deled One of the D-Bs nods to air. "I know, right?"
Elora "...what? Like, right over here?" Elora makes an exaggerated pushing motion into the air.
Peleps Deled The D-Bs eye her warily. A couple of them begin fumbling for knives.
Elora "I'M NOT PUSHING ANYBODY."
Elora opens her hands wide. "But if Telketh wants to take a swing, he can be my guest. Right?"
venus{A} draws a small, plain dagger, looking back and forth between Bishop and Elora, unsure who to help.
Peleps Deled They nod, and shrug at each other, and there's a sudden pregnant pause while they stare at her -- and then they smile, and laugh coldly, and sneer at her with little comments like "Careful what you ask for." and "That showed you, huh?"
Elora drops her jaw wide open in astonishment and searches for the right swears.
Elora "...bubbidup... bibbilup... Piddle-piss!"
Autumn "Ah, you know what? FUCK IT! If you guys wanna be silent, I'll just take away your toy!" His lips curl, angry and bitter, as he takes the Bitter Flower Form! "Try not to break him before I can fucking do it!"
Autumn ((IGNORE THAT!))
Elora decides to move towards a random group of other individuals who did not witness the previous altercation.
Elora Having done so, she begins to cheerily talk to them.
Elora "Gee, this torrential downpour sure is annoying, huh? Almost makes me wish I didn't have these giant sacks of rice across my back!"
Peleps Deled The people eye her warily. A couple of them begin fumbling for knives.
Elora "What? Don't like rice?"
Autumn "Ah, you know what? FUCK IT! If you guys wanna be silent, I'll just take away your toy!" And then he leaps foward in the Grand Blood Petal Entrance, exploding in a whirl of petals, each striking deled like a whirlwind of bitchslaps! And then, sidestepping, a kiss to Cobra's lips and leaving a petal there! "And a new one every moment you don't tell me WHAT THE FUCK WE ARE TRYING TO DO!"
Peleps Deled (to Elora) "Are you...all right, miss?"
Peleps Deled (around Elora) "Maybe it's a mime thing. These performer types are always a little strange."
Peleps Deled (in response) "But she TALKED. Mimes don't talk."
Peleps Deled (in response) "Well, maybe..." etc. etc.
Elora "Hey, you!" Elora corners a random, non-Exalted passerby. "How many people are there here?" She gestures over the whole square.
venus{A} sort of stares at Elora. The fighting is normal compared to her.
Autumn sees all the petals touch... and then nothing! "... little turtles are even more anger-inducing than bugs and not-popes. You make me really, really, really, REALLY angry, you Venus-damned little Water Aspect. Really."
Peleps Deled The passersby looks a little weirded out. "Uh, I dunno. Maybe a few dozen?"
Peleps Deled "I mean, you can't see the dead guys."
Peleps Deled "So there's no way to be sure, right?"
Bishop Of Strife "THIS IS HARDLY A FIGHT AT ALL! I GROW WEARY OF IT!"
Elora "Hmmm!" Elora grins. "What's up with the dead guys?" She pauses. "Where I'm from, you can see the dead guys. We call them 'zombies.'"
Bishop Of Strife pounces on Deled, throttling the Dragon-Blooded with his spearhaft, then shoves Deled away and batters him with the buttspike and spearhead of his weapon
Peleps Deled chokes and is clearly having trouble breathing, but his steely gaze does not falter.
Bishop Of Strife "Are you going to be nice and do what we say now? Or am I going to continue to beat you?"
Peleps Deled "Now take that, as the punishment due your rudeness, and go, lest I beat you again."
Peleps Deled A greenish vapor billows forth as he scolds the Bishop, and he slips into unconsciousness.
Bishop Of Strife seats himself comfortably on the vast armored bulk of the unconscious Dragon-Blooded and begins to buff his nails.
Autumn "Now I know how the bug felt when we met." He kicks at the unconscious body forlornly
Cobra sticks her head out of the house, looking for Elora.
lumi anyone chatting in here??
lumi ???????????????????????????????
Bishop Of Strife Get Out.
Peleps Deled "Uh...what do you mean, what's up with the dead guys? You're not from around here, huh?"
Elora "Nnnnooooooo."
Elora "Could you, uh, explain it to me?"
Peleps Deled "Uh..maybe you'd better meet with the boss."
Elora "Oh. I'd like that!"
Autumn "You know, I could have found everything about this guy if you waited for me to PUNCH him."
lumi may I ask what the format of this room is????
Bishop Of Strife No. You may not. Now get the fuck out.
lumi thanks for the help dumbass
Peleps Deled "Okay. Uh, his name is Peleps Deled, okay? Come with me." The passersby heads towards the big house.
Elora follows onwards towards the house.
Cobra waves excitedly as they approach. "Hi, boss!"
Autumn peers out of the window... "That's Elora. Coming here. With a whole bunch of Dragon-Bloods."
venus{A} "Uh oh. Are they mad?"
Bishop Of Strife "Hrm. Maybe we should drag the body upstairs, then beat everyone who comes to visit."
Autumn "You know how Elora likes to know everything, Bishop. Go outside and tell her, beat some of them. Let me drag the body." He nods, picking up the body with his scarves and pushing it up, waving Venus to come with him!
venus{A} looks down at her little knife, "Can you fight that many of them?"
Bishop Of Strife "That's a silly question. I can fight anyone."
venus{A} shrugs, "Okay, well... good luck then."
venus{A} picks up a hand, and goes with Autumn
pigeon The passersby is stopped by a nearby Dragon-Blood before he gets to the building. "Hey, I think Deled wanted to talk to those musicians. Turns out they aren't actually from around here."
pigeon (passersby) "Yeah, we're heading over there now."
Bishop Of Strife waits until the group reaches the front door, then explodes out into the midst of them.
pigeon (d-b) "Over there? Deled is heading over to their house right now." He gestures at the air.
pigeon (passersby) "Oh. Hm. Uh, something happened. I can't see him."
Autumn takes Deled upstairs, puts him on his bed... and calls venus to the wall. "Come, come, come see the show!"
Autumn ((* wall = window!))
venus{A} checks to see if Deled is dead, then joins Autumn at the window. "So...why did you guys knock out this guy?"
pigeon (d-b) "Oh, huh. Well, hold on, we'll round up somebody you can see to talk to them. Have 'em wait in their house."
pigeon "Say, where are your other friends, anyway?"
Autumn "No idea whatsoever. I kept asking, and everyone ignored me, you saw it!"
Bishop Of Strife "Why wouldn't we?"
Elora "Oh, I think they went out to... get soap. Or something. They all smelled funny." Elora looks back and forth with concern.
Autumn "Did you try... talking?"
Elora "I, uh... really want to meet the boss, though!" Elora smiles extra-appealingly.
Bishop Of Strife "...tal-king?"
Autumn "Diplomacy! Words! You know. Not violent mathematics. A-B-C-D-E, and the rest?"
Bishop Of Strife "Oh bah. You probably still think in four dimensions, too. How blase."
pigeon "Well, you'll have to wait until you can see him."
pigeon "Let me find his second-in-command."
Elora nods.
Autumn "..."
Autumn sighs
Autumn "I will have to talk to Elora..."
venus{A} "Yeah, uh, weren't we going to do that anyway?"
Bishop Of Strife "Beat someone? Yes."
venus{A} "What? No! Talk to Elora."
Bishop Of Strife "I suppose we can do that, too."
venus{A} heads towards Elora
Autumn "Yes! Let's go!" Autumn picks Venus' up on his arms and jumps down from the second floor, letting her down and rushing after their fearless meanie of a leader!
pigeon "Why don't you, uh, wait in your house?" This to Elora, with a rather pointed look.
Bishop Of Strife explodes out of the house, into the street, and sprints straight for Elora!
pigeon The mortals nearby shriek and duck out of the Bishop's way, while the D-Bs nearby don't seem to notice him.
Elora "Oh, I could do... hmm."
Elora "Hi guys, what's up?"
Autumn gets to Elora one step before the Bishop! "Mommy, we are in trouble."
Bishop Of Strife slings Elora up onto his shoulder!
Autumn boggles
venus{A} staggers a bit, not quite prepared for being carried out a 2nd story window and then expected to walk right after. She comes up behind the others, a bit more slowly
pigeon The passersby cringes, and the D-B nearest Elora looks at him curiously.
pigeon (passersby) "All those musicians just ran up!"
Elora unslings her staff from her back and bats the Bishop's hand away.
Bishop Of Strife "Ow!"
pigeon (d-b) "Really. Huh. Oh, wait, here they come out of their house."
pigeon (d-b) "Great."
Bishop Of Strife once again endeavors to scoop Elora up!
Elora "Why can't you prickeaters understand I DON'T FUCKING LIKE TO BE TOUCHED!"
Bishop Of Strife "Yes, well, we need to talk. Elsewhere. Come along!"
Autumn "He knocked out Deled before we even had a chance to talk to me! We need to put him on a leash." He points his thumb at at the Bishop. "And put on 'mad dog' warnings around us."
Elora bats the Bishop away again, harder this time.
Elora "He did WHAT?"
Random DB "Hey, you guys. I don't know what you just did, but I think you're in trouble. I want you to get into your house and stay there while I look for somebody to talk with you, since Deled can't do it right now."
Bishop Of Strife "Ow! What? It's not my fault. I told him we had questions, and he didn't comply. I had to beat him."
Bishop Of Strife turns and directs an accusing metal-plated finger at the Dragon-Blooded. "And YOU!, shut the fuck up. I haven't the slightest compunction about beating you within an inch of your life, and then beyond."
Elora stares at the Bishop in horror.
Elora "WHERE is Deled now?"
Bishop Of Strife "He's fine, he's fine."
Random DB "Don't you start this shit with me. Didn't Deled teach you enough of a lesson?"
Elora "What do you mean he's FINE?"
venus{A} "He's alive," she volunteers. "In his bed."
Autumn looks at the DB, then at the Bishop... and covers his face on his... oh, he already has a mask! He takes off that mask and puts on a new one! It has an arrow pointed to his side, saying 'I don't know this person'
Bishop Of Strife "He's fine, he's-," the Bishop stops and stares at the Dragon-Blooded. Stares. STARES. "...bitch!"
Bishop Of Strife PUNCHES!
Elora "Luna's Titties!"
Elora "Bishop, go back to the house RIGHT NOW. Autumn, take the Bishop back to the house RIGHT NOW."
Autumn "Why ME?"
Bishop Of Strife "NO! HE PICKED A FIGHT WITH ME, SO I AM GOING TO BEAT HIM!"
venus{A} gets out of the way
Random DB takes the hit viciously and crumples to the ground.
Random DB The passersby stares and screams, running for his life.
Elora "Oh hell's shit you just HIT that guy!"
Bishop Of Strife "...yeah?"
Elora "That's HORRIBLE!"
Cobra pokes her head out of another room. "Oh, Elora, you're here."
Bishop Of Strife "...huh?"
Cobra "I think we should let the boys run and play, they get so underfoot."
Elora "Ser... Cobra, what in MAGGOT FECES is going on here?"
Bishop Of Strife sighs.
Bishop Of Strife "Here, let's all go to the house."
Bishop Of Strife finds SOMEONE to sling over his shoulder before going back to the house.
Cobra "Bishop and Mister Deled had some, um, energetic conversation."
Autumn "With their fists. Cobra poisoned him too!"
Cobra "He's in another room right now sleeping it off."
venus{A} "Urgh, put me down!"
Bishop Of Strife "NO!"
Elora "Did you at least FIND anything OUT?"
Bishop Of Strife "I didn't get a chance. Cobra made his speech toxic."
Autumn "Hey, hey, put down my maiden! She belongs to ME, damn it, don't you respect property?"
venus{A} "...okay."
Elora walks back to the house. MAYBE someone will follow her.
Cobra "Den Bao went to his office while I was exchanging pleasantries with his Grace."
Cobra "Before we were -interrupted-."
Bishop Of Strife looks at Autumn like he's insane.
Cobra heads off to the house, cheerfully embroidering her story.
Autumn jumps, placing a hand over the Bishop's pope hat, and scooping Venus, falling with her on his arms on the other side. "MINE! NO TOUCHING!"
venus{A} squeaks for the third time today as she's plucked off of Bishop's shoulder, and once she realizes what just happens, attempts to hide in Autumn's arms, in hopes that she won't turn into the tug toy the dogs rip apart
Bishop Of Strife wasn't wearing a pope hat. Today.
