Carrie is the mortal sister of Shari Mason the Brujah gone MIA after European travel and return.
JT met Carrie in her mortal life after she had mistakenly discovered Sherri and began questioning her of her new life. JT was asked by Saturn to remove any memories she had with Sherri within the past evening.
Carrie than showed up as part of the investigation of Irving deSeversky (summer 1998) when she was identified to have been embraced by a Nosferatu whom worked for Jonathan Starr and Jonathan Starr ordered her to spy on the whereabouts and dealings within the groups in Detroit.
Carrie was inflicted by the most cruelest of pains during her original nights of the Change by her very own sister, staking her repeatedly, so as not to draw attention to her. Carrie became a very warped Nosferatu appearing as a tall, bark-like, tree with long arms and legs.
Carrie was along 'for the ride' in Europe and undoubtedly reported much of her information to Jonathan Starr after her return.
Carrie later shows up as a part of Usuri's grand scheme to recruit Kindred in her cause of trying to formulate an Anarch revolt of Detroit. Carrie was used and crowned the new champion of the fight ring (a passion of Kindred to watch others inflict pain on one another) after her defeat of the Bird Man.
