Penoscobot Building

Detroit People Mover

This elevated rail system runs in a 2.9 mile loop around the downtown every half hour. The
entryways and platforms of each of the 12 stations are embellished by colorful murals by
local artists. A pet project of Mayor Coleman Young, the system cost a whopping $200 million,
several times the projected budget. Tonight, the system is underused despite being kept clean
and staffed with security for $9 million of the city’s budget every year.

Prince Edmund Ryecroft claimed the People Mover as his personal property and forbade other
kindred from using it, but since the Prince’s seat has changed hands it is frequently used by
anarchs and elders alike.

So you want to find a Brujah? Try here. It's apparently good feeding grounds for them.
