Louise is someone who seems to be a natural leader of the Brujah in detroit, and yet never sought a leadership role and in fact appears to hide from it. With a stern look or bark from Louise, many of the Brujah clan will behave/attack/whatever she needs to them to do at the moment.
From Shari Mason it was learned that Louise did perhaps have a point at which she would feel pretty intense fear and panic.
Mai once spent nearly a week chasing after Louise when the court was being restructured and the new primogen council was being chosen, in hopes that she could convince Louise to step up, thereby making the Brujah a recognized part of the camarilla, rather than their primogen seat being taken by the ventrue Phillip Carlson. This effort proved to be futile, but Saturn eventually showed up and took the seat anyway, which is apparently what Louise had wanted.
