The Book has played a role in many storylines including possibly the Blood Disease plotline.
It was last carried by a Tremere named Simon who brought it to Irving in Romania after translating it and studying it extensively. Irving then used it to a perform a ritual in which his children rose from his native homeland as vampires, diablorized him and hence gave us the army of 10,000 Nosferatu. Or maybe just 100 Nosferatu. Too many, that's for sure. Usuri was among the new Nosferatu.
