Hidden beneath the earth among the sewer tunnels and forgotten foundations of vanished buildings
lies a network of passages and rooms created by the Nosferatu clan. Most of these places were
probably built by or at the behest of Irving Deseversky for purposes known only to him. These
locations are considered the purview of the Nosferatu and others are advised to stay out of them.
Some maintain that the very existence of these subterranean spaces poses a Masquerade risk and
they should therefore be demolished. Besides, who knows what despicable things go on down there?
