Short (3 point Flaw) Due to being so diminutive, Fat Old Crane has trouble reaching high objects unless he is levitating. He has 1 less -1 health level then normal and is at a -1 penalty for Strength when determining if he meets minimum requirements.
Vice (2 point Flaw) Despite a normally iron-strong will and self-control, Fat Old Crane suffers from akey weakness. He can not resist indulging his taste for women. Before Chiaroscuro was destroyed, he has six wives at least ten years younger then he and four as old as he. His many children and grandchildren are dotted upon happily by Fat Old Crane, but he is a rather terrible father, unable to pay attention to them for long. When faced with pretty women, his Temperance is lowered by 4.
Vice (1 point Flaw) Despite a normally iron-strong will and self-control, Fat Old Crane suffers from a key weakness. He can not resist indulging his taste for exotic and well-made foods. When faced with food his Temperance is lowered by 2.
Known Anathema (3 point Flaw) Because of his actions in Chairoscuro shortly before, during and after its fall, the Realm is well aware that Crane is a Solar Anathema. They have tracked him to the Rohan Empire and have a very good description of both his physical appearance and his behaviors.
Wanted (2 point Flaw) Not only is Crane wanted by the Realm, but the Chiaroscuran Authorities wish to have harsh words with the old sifu about certain activities, most specifically the 'abduction' of two of the Tri-Khan's daughters and one cousin. While the women went willingly, they did not haver permission and the tattered remnants of the Chiaroscuran leadership is still very angry with Fat Old Crane.
Special Sense (Kung-Fu Sense) (2 point Merit) Crane has an uncanny situational awareness, allowing him to get a very general sense of his surroundings and their "feel" or "vibe". This comes from his extensive self-mastery and martial arts training.
Prescient Dreamer (3 point Merit) Some, but by no means all, of Crane's dreams and meditative visions hold true portents of the future. He has a tendancy to be unable to differentiate the true visions from the others he sees. He is always aware he has had a true vision, but sometimes he is equally convinced untrue visions are written in stone. To decipher his visions he must roll Int+Occult at a difficulty determined by the ST. If he reveals his visions to others, the probability they will occur is drastically decreased as the vision influences events.
