- Merchant Clans - the mighty Merchant Clans, so important to Interstellar Society and Spacer Culture.
- Pan Galactic News? - the PGN Network, the best source for news in the Orion Spiral Arm!
- PSI - the Psionic Studies Institute, located within "Sirius Corp." space, but spread even more widely. Sometimes considered a arm of the Corporation.
- Healers Guild - the secretive Healer's Guild, which has spread throughout the Spiral Arm. A benevolent philantropic organization of Psi's.
- Free Nano Movement? - a radical pan-Orion Terrorist organization, whose stated goals include "releasing Nanotech" to "develop freely of any constraints."
