Anyone attuned to Echoes Long Forgotten enables the enhancement of the charm, Arise and Slaughter. Any ghosts the user can normally summon to battle may be summoned already in material form by spending an additional mote surcharge per ghost. Also, anytime the user is at a location where the dead await to interact with the living world but are seemingly unable to, they can use the charm without the normal 10 mote cost of the charm (though the aggravated health level and mote surcharge per ghost are not discounted).
The soulsteel bonuses have already been factored into the above statistics. If not fully harmonized, reduce the weapons Accuracy to +2.
